HR Business Partner - IT

Position: HR business Partner (Male preferred)

Location: Noida

Qualification and Experience: MBA graduate/MSW/MPM (with 60% throughout) from a recognized University with 4-8 years of experience in the similar function (HR/IR/PM) in a reputed organization (preferably from IT industry).

Client: Renowned IT company

Role:

This candidate should have an experience of 4 to 8 yrs in the HRD Generalist function. The individual is responsible to manage entire gamut of HR including manpower planning and coordination for recruitment for assigned business unit. He will be responsible to manage BU's to improve customer satisfaction, for 100-150 employees.

- Must possess sound knowledge of all HR systems and processes, including, but not limited to:

- Manpower planning and recruitment

- On-boarding, Induction & Orientation

- Training Need Identification and Coordination

- Performance Management

- Employee Engagement & Talent Development

- Employee Relations and Grievance Management

- Attrition, Retention
