Looking for a Deputy Manager & Manager HR Business Partner role based in Bangalore for a Reputed MNC into Shared Services Business where the Bangalore office is supporting the IT function.
The candidate should have experience in IT Industry.
KRA's:
- Plan employee engagement strategies for industry unit of over 10000 employees
- Talent Management Lead for the entire business unit
- Handling end to end employee Life cycle management (Background verification, Performance management, exits, LOA, employee engagement, etc)
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee grievances
- Owner of the Employee Retention process of the business unit.
- Responsible for Succession planning and execution of retention strategies for the business unit
- Implementation of retention interventions for High Potential & High Performers.
- Leading entire gamut of HR functions as Unit HR entailing Partial Recruitment, Induction & Onboarding, Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Reward & Recognition, C&B, Attrition Management, Immigration, Employee Separation and Employee Grievance.
