Position: Manager/ Senior Manager – HR

Qualification: Full-time MBA from premier B-school (2008/ 09 batch)

Experience: 2-3 years of post-MBA experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Training & Development

Job Description:

This is an HR Business Partner profile. Job would include working closely with and partnering the business on manpower planning, talent acquisition & selection, managing performance management system, employee development and training.

Key Responsibilities:

    * Talent Acquisition across levels and functions. Total end to end responsibility of recruitment across levels from sourcing to on boarding and induction of the candidates

    * Assessment of candidates for job fitment through personal and competency based interviews. Partner the line managers in selection

    * Development, communication and implementation of learning & development initiatives in the region, conduct Training programs.

    * To drive the implementation of organizational wide initiatives within relevant business area

    * To proactively build relationships across the business.

Candidate Profile:

    * Experience in a Sales environment would be preferred

    * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

    * Should possess good stakeholder management skills

    * Some experience in Training is required
