Responsibilities :
- With regard to the Human Resources responsibilities, he/she guarantees, according with the Corporate Guidelines
- Employees administration duties, assuring the compliance with the local laws and regulations
- Disciplinary actions and litigations as well as industrial and trade unions relations management
- Practices for recruiting and talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, training, people development, general services
- Guarantees the management of the people who report to him/her, their training and professional development, according to the Company Policies.
