Salary range : 6 - 9 LPA
- Understanding Business/Function objectives and identifying HR support mechanisms in partnership with the Business/Function management team
- Using human capital metrics to anticipate and identify local trends, risks and needs within the Business/Function before escalation and recommending solutions to Head of HR
- Act as an advisory on complex or exceptional employee relations issues and people decisions, including those escalated from other HR support channels
- Helping business to Build a conducive and friendly work culture
- Foster Team spirit through employee events throughout the year
- Track & manage attrition for respective SBU
- Handle grievances & assist Line Managers to resolve people issues
- Handle day to day HR queries
- Provide timely feedback to Line Managers on people issues
- Track span of control for all line managers & structures, including diversity
- Maintain & provide reports (joining, attrition, confirmation, appraisal rating, promotion, internal transfers, exit interviews, onsite travel etc.)
- Supporting identification of talent pool candidates, promoting career development, coaching and development planning within the Business Unit.
- Helping business in planning and forecasting manpower requirements
- Tracking bench strength & employee utilization
- Helping business in Planning & Deploying resources
- Coordinating with TAG team for timely closure of critical positions
- Providing strategic support for hiring SBU associates
