Role:

- Efficient and effective management of compensation review and Performance Management Process.

- Develop annual training and recruitment plan to support the business plan.

- Yearly HR plan in terms of Staff budget, salary forecast, competitive retention program etc.

- Conduct periodic reviews of salary and benefits to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

- Provide coaching to key employees & people managers as and when required.

- Responsible for organising team activities and HR administration work.
