HR Business Partner - BFSI

We are currently looking for a Managerial Level position in BPHR role based at Delhi/NCR .

Required experience of 7-9 yrs with full time MBA .

Role involves:

- Role will be more towards strategic HR

- Supports and advises function heads and managers on HR processes as a business partner. Engage on people issues and provide speedy resolution to the same.

- Identifying HR solutions and strategies required to support the business goals and objectives.

- Ensure adherence of processes related to Performance Management, Personal development & Performance improvement planning
