HR BP is mapped to business / set of businesses and is expected to deliver high quality work in the following areas:  - Talent Review and Management  - Career Planning and Development  - Build a talent pipeline / succession management  - Performance Review and Management  - Organizational diagnosis  - Deep level of employee engagement  - Organizational values and culture  - Enhancing productivity  - Improving quality parameters like Service Quality in branches and support functions  - Controlling employee attrition  - Employee Relations  - HR Analytics (not just MIS) to drive all the above   What is needed is a very high level of functional and emotional capability to handle the above areas and to deal with multiple stakeholders at different levels.  Conceptual clarity, high degree of planning and execution skills and EQ would be required. It's a high impact role and hence the ability to impact and influence multiple stakeholders would be required on an on-going basis. He/She is also expected to deal with ambiguous scenarios wherein the demands on EQ and ability to analyse situations and see patterns would be required.  We are looking for bright, capable and scalable professionals who are driven by high level of personal and professional values and ethics. Capability in HR Analytics would be required.  MBA/PGDM in HR from Premier Institutes with 2-4 yrs of experience as HR BP/Corporate HR/Generalist role.
