We are looking for a HR Manager for a Bank to be based in Mumbai at BKC with the following broad specifications / experience

Talent Acquisition:

- Responsible for screening resumes, interviewing candidates

- Coordination with vendors on positions

- Negotiation with the candidates on salary, notice period, joining dates etc.

- Release of offer letter and follow up with candidates till their joining

Compensation Management:

- Management of payroll processing and re-imbursement (CTC and non-CTC related)

- Guiding employees towards designing of compensation structure

- Liaison for bonus; issuance of bonus letters

Onboarding:

- Managing end to end pre and post joining formalities

- Handling new joinee documentation, i-cards, opening of bank accounts, enrollment under insurance cover,giving access to online library

Employee Grievance Handling:

- Handling issues related to Payroll, LMS, PF

- Guiding employees in their salary related issues

Background Verification Check:

- Coordination with new joinees and vendors regarding the provision of requisite documents

- Drive timely closure of verification prior to candidate's joining

Employee Engagement:

- Organizing annual corporate outbounds

- Working towards monthly ongoing engagement activities

Exit management:

- Conducting Exit Interviews

- Issuance of Service Certificate, leavers letter

- Calculation of F&F amount

PMS:

- Managing performance appraisal process across all functions - liaison with supervisors across all levels including functional heads, conducting round-table meetings and driving fair decisions

- Facilitating the employee-manager meetings and driving timely closure of appraisal forms

- Issuance of promotion letters

Others:

- Managing communication of new policies and processes to employees

- Handling end to end employee confirmation process

- Management of the Summer internship program - on-boarding and functional allocation

- Preparation of monthly recruitment and other key management reports

- Managing vendor relations, negotiate pricing and monitor service levels
