Our client a leading KPO is seeking to hire a HR - Business Partner for a position to be based at Pune.

They are looking at a MBA graduate from a Tier 1 B school (2003 or 2004 pass out)

Please note that the course should be regular and not part time or distance or certificate course.

The incumbent would be responsible for Strategy/ Governance/ Policy, Leadership Management, Client/ Employee Relations, Career Planning.

He / She will be the location Head for Pune and would manage all HR activities for a team of 2500 resources and will additionally act as a HR lead for the financial services vertical with 2200 resources This position will report to the HR Head .
