Duties include:
- Responsible for supporting and updating a business unit on all employee relations matters
- You'll contribute to a multitude of HR activities and drive business performance
- Head up the operational function within the HR team
- To provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational human Resources issues
- To advise, managers and staff on issues of employment legislation
- Responsibility for dealing with any tribunal claims that arise
- Key part of the HR team and will work across the business disciplines to lead and influence change at a strategic level across the business.
