Position: Human Resources Assistant, Prione, Bangalore:

Introduction:

Prione Business Services Private Limited (affiliate of Amazon) works with Small & Medium Businesses (SMB) to enable their growth in the digital economy. We are looking for a HR Assistant based out of our Bangalore Head Office

Position Description: As a member of Prione's HR Talent Management team, the HR Generalist will support the Talent Management & Talent Development Activities. The individual will be responsible for maintaining the entire HR data management and analytics for Talent Management activities. The responsibility will entail creating and managing HR metrics and data dashboard for all areas in Talent Management.

The ideal person will need to be able to multitask, work under ambiguous situations and should have high affinity towards data and analytics. The successful candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiastic in his approach and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the HRBP on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment

2. Support the HRBP on setting up HRMS tools to support Talent & Performance management processes

3. Review and track business unit data to identify trends in employee performance, retention, and employee experience

4. Plan, implement and provide continuous updates for all processes which focus on performance management and talent development

5. Working with business groups to suggest, implement and track updates on solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the organization

6. Implement and follow ups on employee surveys and questionnaires, including analysis and action planning based on survey results.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 2-4 years of HR experience out of which 1+ years of HR data management experience is mandatory

- Acquaintance with handling large group of employees as part of HR role

- Master's Degree from an accredited university

- MS Office experience and strong exposure to use MS Excel for reporting

- High degree of Customer service orientation and bias for actions

- Exceptional communication and organizational skills

- Database management skills.

- Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, analytical and critical thinking skills.
