Job Roles / Responsibilities :
- Assessing the business and end user needs before high level requirements are defined
- End-to-end impact analysis of requirements against technical systems involved
- Deriving use cases for impacted business flow(s), walkthroughs with technical teams to help derive solution options
- Enforcement of the requirements traceability matrix across project artifacts
- Executing UAT and Beta tests with business users and releasing test results
- Handshake with change management or training teams for adoption
- Conceptualize & Design of decision models and interactive dashboards for various organizational processes with supporting analytics for faster and efficient management decision making.
- Design & Development of comprehensive management dashboard with various performance metrics
- Design & implement governance process and review mechanism with the stakeholders for quick management actions and formulation of policies, guidelines & strategies
- Employ descriptive and diagnostic analytic techniques to identify issues and develop process improvements
