HR Administration/HR Generalist - Agribusiness

We are looking for a HR Admin / HR Generalist an agribusiness firm.

Ideal candidate is someone who has handled plant HR activity / HR Generalist profile.

Experience : 5 to 10 years

Location : Bangalore

Responsibility :

On boarding and staffing logistics

- Letters and documentation

- Responsible for handling backed operations of like maintaining the records, files, updating records

- Maintain employees Leave details

- Coordinating separation formalities by conducting exit interviews and exit clearance.

- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting

- Employee orientation, development, and training

- Policy development and documentation

- Employee relations

- Company employee communication

- Compensation and benefits administration including payroll inputs

- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

- Employee services and counselling.

- Performance management and improvement systems;

- Exit Management - Exit interviews, separation and documentation.

CTC - Can go up to the 12 Lacs to 13 Lacs.
