Housing.com - Senior Product Manager

Role Outline:

As a Product Manager at one of the largest new categories within Housing.com you would be leading a team across this business vertical from conceptualization to launch. You will be responsible for building and constantly improving the product using industry experience and feedback from customers and clients. You possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy.

Job Description:

- Work with the Technology team to define product release requirements.

- Lead product development initiatives on multiple simultaneous projects across various platforms (web, mobile web, Android, iOS etc)

- Guide the Sales and Operations team as well as the marketing team to define the market strategy.

- Be data driven every day to isolate opportunities to optimize features and grow user base

- Manage the Whole Product-Life Cycle from planning to execution stage.Drive projects that that will directly increase organizations growth/engagement

- Drive a Solution-Set across teams (Technology, Marketing, Sales and Operations) through market requirement, product design and placement. Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, incorporating feedback from users, developers, business partners and other stake holders

- Develop and implement strategies for product.

- Analyse market for potential partners for the product.

- Build simple, yet elegant products with lot of appeal

- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.

Qualifications: Graduate/ Masters from premium institute/s only

Experience:

- 4 to 10 year product management or relevant work experience.

- Experience in designing simple and intuitive user interfaces through wire frames and mock ups.

- Strong business, managerial and analytical skills.

- Having prior experience with mobile platforms would be an added advantage.

- Uncanny product sense on how to collaborate technology and design to solve user needs in a practical manner.

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with a strong business and technical acumen.
