- Responsible for leading Housing's entire primary (developer) business in the city, focused primarily on partnering with developers to run effective and efficient sales and marketing campaigns with the key objective of selling available new project inventory online.  - The City Head will be responsible for complete ownership of resources and achievements within the city, including the sales teams (responsible for sourcing campaigns from builders) and campaign management and strategy (designing and executing end-to-end campaigns to sell homes in large volumes)  - Functioning as Head for overall Sales Business of the City.  - End to end responsibility of top line & bottom line.   - Dynamic and aggressive business leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to command substantial resources (financial and human capital) and develop + execute appropriate strategies and tactics to ensure end results.  - Responsible for execution of marketing and Sales activities for the brand.  - Being on top of service level metrics for the clusters.  - Recruit, hire, train and manage a very large and fast-growing team, with multiple departments.  - Develop and execute scale able strategies for efficient large-scale fulfillment and delivery.  - Manage a team of more than 50-100 members.
