Preferably from IIT/ISB/IIM/XLRI/NIT/FMS  Position: Category Manager  Job Description:  - Launch and implementation of services - Homes needs, Movers, cleaning, pest control, furnishing, etc.   - Managing sales/BD/tie up related activity.  - Responsible for ownership of the category business.  Key Responsibilities:  - To launch and run services and be responsible for the success of the same.  - Ability to evaluate and manage the resources and processes required for the successful completion of projects.   - Ensuring that the individual branches focus on Safety, Quality, Customers Service, and Profitability.  - Will be involved in adding quality agencies for category services.  - Work to ensure that we are delivering an excellent customer experience and address escalated customer concerns as necessary  Desired Profile:  - Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients, employees and the operations team.   - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and familiarity with computer basics is preferred.   - Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate and train employees.  - Ability to prepare reports and present information to customers.   - Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems.   - Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service.  - Must have ability to multi-task, manage multiple accounts and establish priorities.   Job Specifications:  Education: MBA from tier 1 B-Schools  Experience: 4-5 yrs  Skill sets: Sales and business development with operations implementation mindset.
