Position: Regional Business Manager / Zonal Manager (Job Location is Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Raipur, Kochi/ Goa)

Housing’s journey has been backed by revered icons of the Indian industry like Mr. Zishaan Hayath (Ex – VP of Future Bazaar) in February 2013; Mr. Haresh Chawla (Former CEO of Network 18) in March 2013 and Nexus Venture Partners in May 2013, resulting in 3 rounds of funding in a single year.

Description of the Position:

- Design overall Sales & Brand strategies with a vision to launch housing.com as best real-estate portal in your territory.

- Ideating new concepts which can be activated to co-create value for client requirements.

- Planning & strategizing promotional activities for deeper market penetration & brand visibility in the region.

- Hire, train and lead a 5 tier team of energetic and business focused sales professionals

- Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth & maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.

- Market Intelligence- keeping a track of developments across competition. Acquiring detailed data about the prospective clients on their Strength, Nature of Business, and Advertising plans Budget, etc.

- Developing & maintaining corporate relationships for achieving group objectives by generation of business. Set up a relationship management team for client retention. RBM will be responsible for the key accounts of 3-5 cities.

- Building time-bound business development plan for the year, quarter-wise & month-wise with focus on revenue, number & composition of orders.

- Build a strong reporting mechanism; provide a comprehensive report on competitive analysis inclusive of pricing, product and business strategy.

- Interfacing with clients for feedbacks for the best of deals and cultivating relations for repeat business.

- Last but not the least; create an awesome environment within the organization.

- Coordinate with HO on business development on a day to day basis.

Reporting Relationship

The Region Manager will report directly to National Head- Broker sales.

Key specifications:

- Minimum 7 years of Sales Experience, Real estate experience pref.

- Qualifications– MBA/ PGM/ PGDBA from Tier 1, Tier 2 colleges pref!

- Should contribute individually along with managing team

- Ability to work with Targets

- Must have managed a large team of FOS executives

- Should be a consistent performer in his previous role while managing the team and self

- Should have demonstrable leadership qualities

- Excellent team management skills

- Must be self-motivated and a go-getter

- Fluency in English, Hindi, local language is must.

- Must be willing to travel extensively.

- Open to relocation within the country.

- Age : should be less than 35 years Max

Core competencies include, but are not limited to:

- Ability to assess market trends, shape sales and marketing strategy and generate ideas for product development

- Excellent analytical capabilities – understands clients' needs and possesses strong strategic mindset.

- Great Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the team to meet their targets.

- Excellent communication skills – elucidate goals and reaches agreements maintaining the interests of all departments

- Excellent networker – builds and maintains strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues, clients and possesses the ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues

Compensation:

- Around 15- 18 Lakhs PA or based on Last drawn CTC and interview performance. + Incentives would be given as per region’s incentive scheme

- This figures are indicative and would vary on a case to case but within a specified range

Interview process:

1st round of screening with HR (CV screening or telephonic)

2nd & final round with National sales head. (Possibility of multiple rounds at this stage)

3rd round with key stake holder.
