Position: City Manager (All Major tier 2 Cities)

Description of the Position:
- Manage the P&L of the City / Cluster of cities and execute with highest level of accuracy
- Executing the overall company strategy by managing and tracking targets and rolling out company trainings
- Responsible for hiring new recruits and setting up the team.
- Lead the team in identifying opportunities for improvements and implementing innovative solutions
- Setting up training and induction process for new recruits
- Lead generation and lead management.
- Defining sales strategies, gathering business requirements, managing operational requirements and monitoring of metrics like revenue collection, client addition rate etc.
- Setting up of a relationship management team for client retention. City Manager will be responsible for key accounts within their cities.
- Provide a comprehensive report on competitive analysis inclusive of pricing, product and business strategy.
- Report daily/weekly/ monthly metrics to the Regional Business Manager
- Responsible for making Housing a leader in the respective market
Reporting Relationship
The City Manager will report directly to Regional Business Manager.
Key specifications:
- Minimum 5- 6 years of Sales Experience, Real estate experience pref.
- Qualifications – MBA/ PGM/ PGDBA from Tier 1, Tier 2 colleges pref
- Should contribute individually along with managing team
- Ability to work with Targets
- Must have managed a large team of FOS executives
- Should be a consistent performer in his previous role while managing the team and self
- Should have demonstrable leadership qualities
- Excellent team management skills
- Must be self-motivated and a go-getter
- Fluency in English, Hindi, local language is must.
- Must be willing to travel extensively.
- Open to relocation within the country.

Compensation: Around 8- 12 Lakhs PA or based on Last drawn CTC and interview performance. + Incentives would be given as per region’s incentive scheme
This figures are indicative and would vary on a case to case but within a specified range
Interview process:
1st round of screening with HR (CV screening or telephonic)
2nd round with Regional Business manager (possibility of multiple rounds at this stage)
3rd & final round with National sales head. (Possibility of multiple rounds at this stage)
