- Handle the entire chain from product ideation, through exploration and design, to launch and iteration i.e. conceptualize new products/features, do first-cut interaction design, create low level mockups, work with the development team for coding, design, QA and finally product launch

- Need to be technical enough to understand, interpret algorithms, run simple DB queries to generate reports, make the odd commits to SVN etc.

- Should have good understanding of social media marketing, SEO, search engine algorithms, keyword tracking, knowledge of web development & design (HTML/CSS/AJAX) and how it affects SEO.

- Prior experience in tracking traffic trends & metrics using Google Analytics, Comscore, and exposure to tools like Chartbeat etc usability testing is a plus.

Education and Experience:

- Minimum 5 years plus experience in product management, program management or product delivery roles in a strong technology / media environment

- MBA is a must have; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ IT is preferred.
