Manager - Brand & Marketing  Fever 104 FM  Principal Responsibilities:  The role would be directly responsible for marketing of brand Fever through mass, BTL and corporate communications - both in terms of developing short term and long term strategy as well as day-to-day execution of the strategy.  - Owns marketing programs or campaigns - ATL, BTL, PR and internal communication  - ATL would include promoting the corporate brand - Fever 104 FM, driving respective station marketing programs (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata) and product marketing (partner programming in this pursuit). Also support other divisions of Fever, namely Fever Entertainment (events division) and Fever Audio Tools (in-store radio, MVAS and content monetization).  - BTL would include developing on-ground programs that support the objectives of the various divisions of Fever.  Responsible for the following:  - Marketing programs  - Executing projects and analysis  - Contributes to elements of the one year marketing plan in their area  - Leads marketing project teams that may cross marketing functions  Desired functional skill set:  - Proficient in development, management and implementation of corporate communications - internal and external  - Diverse experience and conversant with digital and new approaches in marketing  - Recommendations for improving the customer experience  - Communication development  - Writing PR releases  - Internal communication management  - Competitor and marketplace assessments  - Alternatives analyses  - Product positioning for specific markets  - Proposals for key and differentiating product features  - Messaging briefs and creative briefs  - Constructive feedback to agencies about copy and creative execution  Desired behavioural skill set:  - Shows evidence of leadership skills and demonstrates strong analytical capability  - Understands business strategy and link to Fever's objectives  - An emerging leader who is influential within their organization  - Engages across their organization to ensure solutions and address E2E issues/opportunities  - Adopts learning and best practices, makes their learning explicit and shares with other team members  Desired candidate profile:  - Premier B school  - Diverse experience and conversant with digital  - Willing to stretch and roll up sleeves  - Articulate, entrepreneurial and raring to go  - 90% brand and 10 % communications (internal & PR) mix  Experience: 4 to 7 years
