We are looking for a Specialist - Total rewards, Comp & benefits who can share our passion to initiate, build, and celebrate a multimillon user based product organisation.
Play:
- Designing and implementing overall Compensation and reward philosophy for the organisation.
- Managing payroll, reimbursements, audits, statutory compliance through vendors.
- Monitors industry and external market trends and identifies opportunities for compensation related changes.
- Manage the annual compensation reviews, stock options and incentive planning processes.
- Evaluate and design better total reward formats.
- Oversee rewards and recognition programs, performance incentives, retentions, variable payout, bonuses etc.
- Strong experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate management information.
- Experience of operating with highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
- Use analytics to create compensation monitoring and reporting process.
- To support on development and implementation of new systems in future e.g. flexible benefits system, HRMS implementation
Personality:
- Should have 4 to 8 years of experience with IT/FMCG/Consulting companies.
- Great Analytical and reasoning skills
- Common sense
