As a forensic data lead/manager you will use your ninja data skills and the ability to find patterns where most people see noise, to block fraudulent transactions and users on Hike's largest product initiative to date. You will also be responsible for writing rule engines and working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business, to manage fraud and risk on the platform. In this role, you will lead a core function within Hike's digital business.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  Build Hike's risk and fraud management strategy for our digital products  Identifying fraud vectors through research and data mining  Writing rule engines to counter fraud, in partnership with product, engineering, and business  Build systems to proactively detect and fight fraudulent transactions in an automated fashion, at scale  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES  5+ years of experience as a data/fraud analyst  Exceptional data analysis skills  Degree in mathematics, computer science, or allied areas, from a tier 1 institute  Experience with building automated rule engines that operate at scale - millions of transactions per day  Experience in the payments or financial industries is a plus  Self-- starter who thinks creatively and laterally  The ability to handle multiple challenges simultaneously and prioritise independently
