Sales and Accounts Manager required for a Leading Multinational BFSI service provider with a focus on credit risk management solutions.

Desired Skill Set:
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales (BFSI sectoral experience will be preferred).
- 3-4 years of experience preferably with a knowledge of banking and credit processes. Understanding of various banking products for rural lending, know how of bank procedures & documentation related to each of these product types and awareness of regulatory norms would be an added advantage.
- Ability to chase & meet targets and possessing orientation towards generating high value deals.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills (English) and demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
- Should possess a warm personality
- Demonstrated evidence of program management across multi-site teams and ability to build consensus
- Strong sense of initiative to take up projects & execute them to completion by working under constraints
- Understanding of technology, data analytics and IT systems. Ability to analyze client’s business systems, derive inferences from the disparate data sources and create business opportunities
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment & open to travel
- Preferably should have non-peer referrals to demonstrate the above
