Roles and Responsibilities :

Organisation : Hewlett Packard

This is an opportunity to join Supply Chain Analytics organization of Hewlett Packard and provide operations planning service to PPS business unit. Supply Chain Analytics hosts planning activities for PPS businesses. This includes responsibility for managing supply and demand through analytics, create tools & solution to facilitate business decisions. Key metrics include inventory dollars, days of inventory (DOI), and availability.

Work Location : Bangalore

Skills and Profile requirements :

- Academic Credentials : Bachelors or MBA

Experience Profile :

Essential : 3-5 Years work experience in Supply Chain Planning/ Operations/Analytics function.

Analytical Tools : SQL /Regression/ SAS/Tableau / Statistical Analysis

Analytical Skills :

- Ability to work with imperfect information; overall ability to recognize risk and key decision points.

- Ability to recognize cost/benefit trade-offs in the decision-making process.

- Capacity to interpret complex data.

- Ability to synthesize information from various inputs and develop appropriate action plans.

- Proven problem-solving skills

- Knowledge and experience with planning tools (e.g. SAP/APO) is preferred.

- Must be proficient in Excel, including knowledge of formulas, macros and pivot tables.

- Must be proficient using multiple tools and data sources
