Hero Motors - Business Analyst/Program Analyst

Expected End Results/major Activities:

Review Management:

- Manage and review Managing Director meetings

- Active participation & Interface with Unit and functional head & follow-up on operational matters and keep track of companies- wise performance.

Business Analysis:

To provide up to date research to Managing Director on following:

- Business Trends - Information on strategies being adopted by global organization including best practices

- Market Research & Industry Analysis - Analyzing changing customer needs and expectation and how they perceive the organization

- Industry Analysis - Analyzing changes within the industry the organization operates within

Strategy Formulation:

- Strategy formulation for business development

- Bench-marking scales of features and cost targets

- Must be an MBA from a premier B School.

- Compensation is not a constraint for the right candidate.

- Should have excellent communication skills(written & Verbal).

- Should be able to work in a dynamic environment.
