- Managing litigation portfolio with an objective to reduce litigation exposure and contest cases filed by and against the company with an intension to get positive orders/judgments.
- Efficiently managing contract management activity by settling and approving draft agreement/contracts for different internal departments and plants with an intention to strengthen the documents so that any conflict and litigation exposure is avoided on the company.
- Taking lead in developing policies and SOP's for legal requirements Providing Legal support and Advisories to the Corporate and all departments/functions in any matter which they approach legal for support and advisory so that exposures are minimized/controlled in a effective manner.
- Provide support on all legal compliances applicable to the company including new regulations
- Must have handled team and either working in Big corporate houses or big Law firms
