Qualified CA-CS candidates with minimum post qualification experience of 1-3 years in execution profile in financial services sector. Experience of Merchant Banking execution will be added advantage.   The candidate will work with Seniors on execution of primary capital market deals such as Public issues, Open Offer, Right Issues, Delisting, Direct Listing and other Merchant Banking assignments.  Would be required to prepare Prospectus or offer documents as applicable in strict compliance with prescribed regulations and laws.   Drafting / vetting DRHP/ RHP/ Prospectus/ Open Offer documents, Exchange in principle approval documents, reply to SEBI/ Exchanges etc.  Available to travel to client office as and when required for execution assistance   Should be self motivated and capable of meeting strict time lines.  Drafting and interpretation skills  Knowledge and understanding of SEBI Laws, Accounting standards, listing process and timelines  Perform under strict time lines and manage multiple assignment   Candidates with 1-2 years of experience will be considered for Manager position and with more than 2 years of experience will be considered for Senior Manager position.
