Roles & Responsibility:  - Develop understanding of the current technology stack, product strategy and product roadmap   - Develop, motivate and lead a team of developers  - Produce Design Patterns, introduce new technologies on Cloud/Web/Windows environments.  - Design technical solutions for developers and provide guidelines during implementation.  - Document application requirements, design, test log/results, technical documentation for the full SDLC.  - Strong ability to diagnose architecture issues in different areas like scalability, performance and memory leaks.  - Organize information to be contained effectively on different End User Interfaces.  - Learn and suggest new technologies independently.  - Mentoring development and QA resources to improve their technical abilities and team effectiveness.  Skills Required:  - Minimum 2 years related technical architect experience in cross platform solutions and architectures.  - Minimum 5 years development experience in Microsoft Technologies.  - Minimum 5 years of experience developing web applications (.Net, Java, PHP)  - Strong knowledge of multi-threading, data structures and complex algorithms.  - Stong understanding of Front end technologies HTML5, Angular JS, Jquery, LocalStorage (Client side MVC architecture for faster and responsive design)  - Strong background in.Net skills such as .NET 4.0/4.5, Entity Framework and proficient in Microsoft UI frameworks such as WPF, Silverlight, ASP.net, XML etc.  - Should have experience in some of the following technologies including SOAP, RESTful, WCF, Database technologies (Microsoft SQL Server, NoSQL)  - Microsoft related Certifications considered as plus.  - Have an eye for great design and appreciate great user experiences in all User Access Devices.  - Good interpersonal and fluent communication skills in English.  Company Profile:  HelpingDoc is a leader in the online healthcare services that help patients connect with doctors.
