Check out our mobile app here :  Android : bit.ly/Helpchat  iOS : bit.ly/HelpchatiOS  - We've raised Rs.100 crore from Sequoia Capital in May 2015 to build Tapzo as the go-to All-in-One App  Location : Bangalore  Roles and Responsibilities :  - This role will lead end-to-end responsibility for owning the customer acquisition and communication through various channels like Facebook, Adwords and App Stores for acquisition and Email, SMS, Notification, In-Apps etc. for retention and transactions.   Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :  - Understand the consumer - Who are target consumers, what are their needs  - Understand the service provider - What they need, how to grow their business  - Totally responsible for acquisition, activation and retention to grow the Helpchat user base  - Plan and execute Email, SMS, Notifications, In-App etc. to improve user retention and revenue through these channels  - Plan and execute Organic, Facebook, Adwords, Ad Networks and App Store campaigns to acquire users  - Work on SEO and ASO to organically drive higher conversions, installs and transactions at lower cost  - Measure the ROI and effectiveness of each channel to effectively utilize the allocated marketing budget  - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies  - Product - Coordinate with the product team and get specific requirements and integrations built as and when needed  - Category - Coordinate with various categoryteams to plan promotions to achieve targets  - Evaluate emerging trends and adapt them as and when needed   Qualification :  - B.Tech/MBA from a top-tier college. Consulting experience is a plus  - Experience of 4-6 years and prior experience of Growth Marketing in an e-commerce company is preferred  - Ability to take ownership and drive things and should have great attention to detail  - Should have prior experience of leading at least 3-5 member team of marketers/analysts  - Should be highly data driven, have strong analytical skills and great attention to detail  - Should have an iterative approach - build hypothesis, experiment, collect data and improvise  - Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects  - Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment  - Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
