POSITION DESCRIPTION
HEADING: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
PURPOSE
The Management Trainee position is responsible for working alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a manager. The management trainee program will be for a period of 1 year and only after successful completion of the same the further deployment will be planned in the specified function/department (majorly sales).
FUNCTION: We are looking for candidates with the specialization in Human Resource.
CONFIRMATION PERIOD: 1 Year
DIRECT REPORTS: Will be specified as per the deployment in the role.
POSITION REPORTS TO: BRANCH MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Business English
- Higher Degree level education
- Business Management degree (mandatory from tier A business school)
- Conversant with local language / trade practices
EXPERIENCE/ BACKGROUND:
- Frontline work experience in retail / non retail prior MBA/Management degree will be preferred
- Experience in FMCG prior MBA/Management degree will be preferred
