Job Description:   Position: Global - Product Delivery Manager  The Role is for global delivery of Products developed at Heckyl. You will lead the company's product management strategy delivering innovative and cutting edge solutions that are at the forefront of the companies market. You will challenge and influence the development of the company's product range while providing vision, leadership and guidance across the product development lifecycle. You will manage a team of highly enthusiastic programmers and support the development of IT solutions. Providing project oversight you will support the launch of new products by guiding their development from concept through to delivery.  You will have previous experience of delivering software solutions into a regulated industry and the ability to manage complex and often lengthy projects that can involve dealing with clients based globally  Candidate will need to coordinate with the Clients for the Product Delivery. He \ She will be a bridge \ interface between the Product Delivery to the Client and the Programming Head for the Development & Deliveries.  Specific Responsibilities:   Responsibilities of the Delivery Head will be as follows:  a) Co-ordinate with the client for End-to-End Product Delivery.  b) Develops deep understanding of Client systems and platforms.  c) Develops deep understanding of tie-ins with Client Systems and Platforms.  d) Lead the Technical Team for Development Progress to provide IT Solutions.  e) Tracking & Reporting progress of Development & Delivery.  f) Provides continuous support for ongoing application availability.  g) Works closely with product owners on feature sets that impact multiple platforms and products.  h) Works with product owners to prioritize features for ongoing sprints and managing a list of technical requirements based on industry trends, new technologies, known defects, and issues.  i) Escalating with Clients in case the necessary inputs are not being provided resulting impacting Delivery Deadlines.  j) Good Understanding of the Financial/Capital Market Domain is an added advantage.  k) Align with Sales Team and Support them as and when required.  l) Assist in creating content for Training the developed Application.  m) Work closely with the internal team on strategy.  Required Qualifications & Qualities:  Relevant Masters or Bachelor's degree.  Minimum of 15 years experience in large enterprise IT/security environment with 4 - 5 years, as a Product Delivery Manager.  Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to conduct presentations to technical and non-technical groups  You may visit our company website at www.heckyl.com  Supriya Kalamkar Heckyl Technology
