HealthCare atHOME is looking for Product Marketing Manager for its Corporate Office at Noida.

About the company: HealthCare at Home is one of the leaders and pioneers of Home Healthcare industry in India. Founded in 2013 it is backed by the Burman family, the promoters of Dabur and the founders HealthCare at Home, UK. The company specializes in providing Post-operative care at home, doing medical procedures and even setting up ICUs at home. The Homecare concept though new is fast gaining acceptance in India, with marketing growing at more than 20% annually with total market size of roughly 2 billion $.

Product Marketing Manager

- As Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for product's growth with focus on customer acquisition, activation, retention and upsell.

- Core responsibilities include: Product lifecycle management along with defining product roadmap and optimisation of the revenue funnel.

- Identify the target audience, develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the products in the market.

- Should have strong understanding of customer insight, with ability to blend data with user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through targeted interviews, usability studies, and customer feedbacks.

- Should manage & grow different channels of customer acquisition while driving revenues & managing costs across channels.

- Drive and manage various marketing programs for driving customer engagement. Working closely with online and activation teams.

- Should have good knowledge about digital eco system, with exposure in handling digital marketing campaign using SMS, Email, Google, FB & other mediums.

- The position would be reporting to the Marketing Head and will require cross functional coordination with medical, design, analytics, sales and operations team to execute the campaigns.

Preferred:

1) MBA from top tier institutes IIMs, XLRI, FMS, SPJAIN equivalent preferably with analytical background.

2) Marketing individual with experience in Product Marketing / User Growth in Telecom, e-Commerce Startups and Healthcare domains.

3) Salary as per industry norm, Fresher's can also apply.
