Healthcare At Home - Business Analyst

- Shape the future direction of the organization in partnership with leadership team

- Formulate company strategies along with the senior management team and assist in implementation of the same

- Scan new opportunities through acquisitions, alliances and mergers

- Assist in preparation of strategic plan/ business plans/operating plans/budgets for the company

- Developing and auditing Financial Model

- Program management of key strategic initiatives

- Lead annual and quarterly business planning and review exercises; track KPIs internally to ensure progress as planned

- Preparation of project reports, MIS and presentations to the Board

- Regularly analyse the competitive landscape to understand areas of improvement

Qualifications :

- IIT with 1-2 years of experience.

- Should have a strong flair for numbers, working knowledge about reporting practices / methodologies and an analytical bent of mind

- Should be knowledgeable about budgets, forecasts/projections, margin analysis, valuation procedures etc.

- Should have the passion and desire to work in a start-up environment. Should have the capability to handle ambiguity

- Health Care at Home India Pvt Ltd (HCAH) is Joint Venture between the Burman Family (promoters of Dabur- world's largest Ayurvedic company and the 4th largest FMCG company In India) and the founders of Healthcare at Home UK (www.hah.co.uk). Healthcare at Home UK is a 2B USD revenue company.

- HCAH commenced homecare operations in Delhi NCR in April 2013 and has expanded operations rapidly. We work with many private hospitals offering homecare services in oncology, pulmonology, post-operative care (orthopaedics, cardiac, bariatric etc), critical care, aged care and palliative care.
