Position: Head - PMO (VP) at a Leading Global Bank

Role:

- Incharge of PMO (IT processes) and process improvements

- Monitor IT Investments and Financials

- Resource Allocation and Management

- Increase offshoring of IT processes

- MIS and prepare dashboards

Requirements:

- 12-15 yrs of work experience and should have headed the PMO office at a leading global captive

- Good knowledge of PMO, processes and performance management.

- Good hold in quality, audit and KPIs to able to lead to strong PMO team

- Management of finance resources

- Should have led a team of 10-15 people

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leading skills
