- The incumbent would be responsible for starting-up and managing multi- disciplinary and multi- functional areas like manufacturing, quality, sourcing, supply chain and experience center management.  - Overall responsibility of setting up and managing the manufacturing, quality and sourcing operations. Shall develop and be responsible in achieving division's operating plan, medium term and long term plan as set along with CEO and Board members.  - Build up the operations team which will encompass quality, sourcing, purchasing, production and eventually distribution. The key deliverable for this role would be ensuring the production of a few thousand vehicle in year 1 of a consistent quality and within the BoM target.  - Exposure to multi disciplinary and multi- functional areas like operations, production, quality, lean manufacturing, new product development and engineering is a must.   - Must have good exposure in setting up a Green and Brown field units   - Incumbent should ideally be Bachelor of Engineering preferably with an MBA in Operations or Marketing / Finance.
