Head- Vertical with HR consulting firm

We have a Vertical Head position with one of the leading staffing organization - which is among fortune 500 MNC.

They are looking to hire Head for verticals like Manufacturing / Engineering / Infrastructure and Pharma / Retail / Hospitality to strengthen their market share in terms of recruitment, business development.

Few pointers will help you understand this role better :

- Person should come with at least 10-15 years in recruitment.

- Person should understand the recruitment services business model and willing to make progress with same.

- Relationship management with HR and other business leaders with top corporate MNC's in Mumbai.

- Person should be strong in pharma, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure domain.

- Person should have exposure in Business development.

- Also will be responsible for managing the P&L.
