The incumbent will be responsible for :
- Hands-on experience in determining training needs, managing the development of training curriculum, formulating or reviewing training outlines, and determining appropriate instructional methodologies and formats
- Expertise in designing Learning & Development Interventions to improve department productivity and performance
- An effective communicator with good learning and planning skills
- Developing annual training calendar for concept and circulating the same in a timely manner
- Spearheading training & development by providing guidance and leadership to instructors, and/or external training and development consultants, in harmony with specified program objectives
- Evaluating effectiveness of training program's by developing assessment techniques & improvising based on same
- Providing guidance and leadership to staff training specialists, instructors, and/or external training and development consultants, in accordance with specified program objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- The ideal prospect for this role will be a Post Graduate with 12-15 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Prior experience working with one of the industry vertical - Retail / Telecom / Insurance/ FMCG etc.
- Professionals working at large training firms will also be considered.
