For its Mumbai office, the company would like to bring on board two a professional from the IT industry to join them as:

Position: Head of Testing

Job Code: EXP/HT/IND-M/ 0814

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- The resource will be responsible for growth, profitability and delivery of the Testing Line of Business.

- He/She should be capable of managing multiple independent testing projects and will hold the responsibility for its P&L.

- He/she will formulate and implement short and long term strategies for the growth of the Line of business. The resource will work closely with the solutions team to build customized solutions and drive the revenues and delivery of these solutions

Requirements:

- A Diploma or Degree, preferably in Business, Engineering or Computer Sciences from a reputed institution

- At least 15 years of Testing experience in reputed IT Services companies

- Extensive, proven automation &/or performance experience

- Proven experience in the planning, development and maintenance of automation frameworks within medium to large scale software development projects.

- Experience in software testing across the full SDLC

- Excellent relationship building and communication skills

- Well-developed planning and organisational skills with the ability to deal with complex issues

- Broad exposure to current commercial technologies
