Job Summary:  This is a Business Head role which is a part of Internal Board of the Company & will be responsible to drive client acquisition through Tele model for the Organization. The position holder shall be responsible to plan, execute and monitor the telesales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth of new client acquisition in accordance with the agreed cost of sales. The role will involve managing & expansion of telesales force to reach multiple regions, increasing the productivity level & overall efficiency of the telesales team and ensuring target achievement as per company’s overall growth plan.   Job Profile:   1. Setup and expand telesales process (inhouse and third party)  2. To scale-up telesales operations in line with agreed growth targets, drive Channel’s profitability & increase contribution of the Channel in Organization’s Top Line / Bottom Line.  3. Ensure Recruitment, Training & Retention of team members as per the Manpower Plan at all times  4. Monitor and analyse key data including sales figures, telesales personnel, productivity ratios, cost of sales, client’s work status and cost of sales etc.   5. Identify the opportunities & areas of improvement & prepare road maps for achieving the key sales figures. Actively drive and ensure achievement of sales targets, management of sales support function and timely work completion of customers.   6. Plan & implement training programme for skill and leadership development.  7. Develop performance metrics and monitor key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the sales personnel on regular basis.  8. Design appropriate performance incentive structure and sales promotion schemes to keep all the team members motivated to achieve the targets.  Desired Profile: -  Qualification: MBA or equivalent masters degree from reputed institution.   Required Skills:   1. Should have strong understanding of Telesales Operations at National Level.  2. Should have very high achievement Orientation & should have a deep desire to make exceptional contribution towards Company’s success.  3. Should have strong team building & large team management ability, leadership ability and persuasive communication skills to inspire the team.   4. Must be process oriented, IT savvy & proficient in the use Microsoft Office/ Open Office Tools.   5. Basic understanding of concept selling and in depth understanding of direct selling.  Experience:  1. 8 - 15 years of industry experience.   2. Five plus years of complete P&L management experience for Telesales Vertical / Business Unit within a successful space selling/BPO / BFSI / services organization.   3. Experience of managing Telesales team of at-least 400 personnel having 4 -5 layers of hierarchy at National Level. Should preferably have an experience of scaling-up a team from 50-100 to 400-500 Telesales personnel.  Monica
