Looking for Head - Technology infrastructure for a Financial Services Company

Experience: 15+ years

Team: 5 - 10 direct & 50+ indirect reportees

Job Purpose:

- Lead and manage the Technology infrastructure for the entire group.

- Support Digital strategy and business transformation initiatives

Responsibilities:

- Strategic visioning, creating a roadmap & Architecting technology solutions

- SBU Relationship Manager

- Manage Strategic Partners (OEMs like Oracle, IBM and Microsoft etc) relationships

- Technology Budget finalization

- Manage business transformation projects with global strategic outsourcing partners.

- Standardizing of technology landscape to bring in efficiencies

- Evaluation and promotion of new technologies

- Technology audits, Risk and Compliance, software and hardware procurement

- BAU & SLA management

Requirement:

- Technology Subject Matter Expert - Data Centers, DB, OS, Storage, Virtualization and Cloud.

- Technology risk management

- Costing, Budgeting & Price Negotiations

- Creation of Enterprise wide Solutions, Policies and Frameworks for process optimization

- Software license compliance management
