With the current expansion in their global operations, they are looking for a seasoned tax professional for their setup in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:

- Corporate taxation - estimation of advance tax, finalizing tax return, assisting tax audit, assessment and tax planning

- Service tax - compliance of tax provision, checking input credit, return and audit

- Withholding tax (TDS) - compliance with all statutory provisions, handling correspondence and issue of certificate and reconciliation with accounting records

- Transfer pricing - Exhaustive knowledge of transfer pricing regulations, maintenance of records and assessment

- VAT compliance, filing of returns, audits, assessments and ability to discuss and resolve VAT issues

The Successful Candidate - You should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience

- Practical experience gained in the field of VAT compliance and a working knowledge of tax issues - direct tax, indirect tax & transfer pricing. In addition, experience in Statutory Audits, Direct Stakeholder management is key
