Experience :
- Experience in leading a talent management team in the IT Services domain.
- Should have managed upwards of a 1,500 people business unit.
- Proven track record developing strong relationships across functional and organizational lines
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience managing a talent management team
- Recruitment experience is an added plus
Skills Required :
- Project management
- Proven ability in implementing and streamlining talent management SLAs.
- Building highly successful teams, via effectively coaching, motivation and empowerment of staff
- Ability to influence without positional power
- An entrepreneurial attitude and full understanding of what it takes to operate in a very dynamic and fast-paced competitive environment.
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation and be sensitive to cross cultural / geographical sensitivities
- Process and project management expertise, integrating both business process and enterprise Talent management IT solutions.
- Full lifecycle of Talent Management practices and processes experience, including career path mapping, succession planning, performance management, development planning, and diversity and inclusion best practices.
Education :
- Should possess a Bachelor's degree, with MBA in HR/Operations preferred.
