Head - Talent Management - Telecom

For a leading telecom company of India, we are looking for an MBA(HR) from a premier institute with experience in MNC/blue chip companies.

We need someone who has have managed talent management, AC, DC, Competency frameworks etc.

- The candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the talent strategy and agenda to the business and learning and development functions.

- The candidate will also be responsible to execute programs at all levels and put in place a communication framework for a transparent talent architecture.

- The candidate will be closely involved with the organisational development of the business, identify and develop talent management strategies including performance management, leadership and identifying and nuturing internal talent.
