Scope of Role:

- The recruiting leader for technology division would be responsible in building and developing a high performing recruiting team to support the organisation's aggressive growth plans.

- As a manager of managers, the incumbent would enable the team to be a trusted advisor to the business.

- As a part of the global recruiting leadership team, s/he would be responsible for driving organization specific key strategic initiatives.

- The recruitment leader will also collaborate with internal teams such as HR business partners, University Relations and Talent Branding teams.

Summary of Responsibilities:

- Offers a consultative approach to hiring managers and what their needs are. This would be done through an in-depth understanding of the business, coupled with strong recruiting acumen.

- Stakeholder Management- Internal and External Stakeholders

- Operational Excellence- drive recruiting metrics, efficiency, MIS, Dashboards,

- People Management- as a manager of managers, will be responsible for leading a large team of recruiting managers, recruiters etc

- Functional Excellence- use Recruiting best practices to hire the best.

- Build and develop a high performing recruiting framework that can support aggressive business plans.

- Develop a long term vision for the recruiting team in India which would be in alignment with the global recruiting tenets.

- Manages and initiates complex projects autonomously that could have significant business impact.

- Responsible for complex recruiting strategies with hiring managers for a wide range of positions.

Could independently manage critical search mandates.

- Collaborate with global recruiting teams from international locations to provide consolidated view of organizational staffing and share/adopt best practices.

- Utilize quality improvement methods to drive operational efficiency

Basic Qualifications:

- 15+ years of Prior experience in managing recruiting teams in a matrixed global organization.

- Should have led a team of recruitment managers and senior recruiters in the past.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills, along with good negotiation skills.

- Ability to Influence leaders in taking complex decisions for the organization.

- Ability to partner effectively with global recruiting teams, HR business partners and other functional leaders.

- Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.

- Should be able to independently work on critical open positions.
