About our Client - Our client is a Multi billion dollar Health care & Life sciences company. They are truly a global organization with a strong presence in the India market. They are looking to hire their head of Talent Acquisition to be based in Mumbai/Bangalore.

Job Description: Reporting into the India Head of HR, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the talent acquisition strategy for the company for lateral, leadership and campus recruitment

- Creating the right source mix and ensuring appropriate sourcing strategies

- Solely responsible for all vendor relationship - recruitment related

- Partnering closely with heads of business and senior stakeholders to ensure the right talent is hired

- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans.

- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires.

- Ensure the right Organization Design for the business by way of Diagnostics, Competency Mapping, Clearly defining Roles, Establishing right Structure with reporting and span of control defined.

- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools.

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 10-15 years of experience with 8+ years in core recruitment leadership roles. Exposure to managing niche recruitment and implementing innovative recruitment strategies is essential for this role.

- You will demonstrate the ability to work in a truly matrixed organization. Excellent presentation and communication skills are required for this role.
