They are currently looking to hire a CoE Head for Talent Acquisition to support their growth plans.

Description

Reporting to the Head HR your specific responsibilities will include :

- Laying out the Talent Acquisition strategy for the entire business in India across all levels

- Working closely and analysing the needs in the Business Units

- Accomplishing quality hiring in time with extensive focus on bulk hiring

- Assessing the current and future staffing needs against the business strategy

- Developing / overseeing the implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans.

- Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools

- Developing Diversity and Inclusion strategy

- Implement employer branding strategy and ensure the right Organisation Design for the business

Profile

The Successful Applicant

You come with 12 - 15 years of experience as an HR Specialist in the field of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. You have a full time management degree from a top tier business school and have experience in mid to senior level hiring as well as campus exposure. You have worked in large manufacturing (FMCG, FMCD, Pharma) setup's handling requirement for multiple locations. You should have strong experience in hiring for niche and support function roles with strong sourcing and employer branding background. You should have strong executive presence with a humble background and high on ethics
