Talent Acquisition head for a large MNC

We are a boutique Search firm called Growth360 and we are currently helping a client of our hire a Talent Acquisition lead for an MNC. The role can be based either in Bangalore / Bombay or Gurgaon.

Please note this is a specific requirement which requires the following :

- MBA from Tier 1 school

- Minimum 12 years of HR experience and no more than 18 years

- Should have led major ramp ups of a few thousand people either in a BPO or analytics/knowledge management environment

- Experience of working with MNCs either IT or ITES

- Led large resourcing teams and well versed with latest resourcing strategies
