Purpose of Job:

Accountable for overall Talent Acquisition/Recruitments at all levels of the organisation, compensation benchmarking, salary negotiation etc.

The person must have the maturity & confidence to independently interact with Board Members, Senior Managers and handle the entire Recruitment process.

Candidate Profile:

MBAs (full-time, part-time or long-distance) with 8-20 years experience in Talent Acquisition at all levels.

May be working currently with mid-sized multi-location manufacturing organisations or RPOs
