Name of the position - Head SCM

Location – Gurgaon

The position reports to Director SCM.

Purpose of the job:

Supply Chain Management involving Strategic Sourcing, Cost & Supply management, Vendor development and Supplier & Franchisee relationship management for stores in India and Area Countries

Job Functions:

Working Relationship:

- Provide strategic leadership of the SCM function with franchisee and Equity stores

- Systems to manage Cost of Sales in complete alignment with the Annual operating plan - designed for the brands

- Provide key SCM support for New product development and Launch

- Develop strong supply strategy and capability across all key ingredients for the growing Business needs

- Manage the supply chain interface with all internal and external stakeholders that contribute to the operation of the function

- Execution of the supply chain system for the two brands

- Maintain effective relationship with all Suppliers across locations

- Effectively manage the relationship with all franchisees with an environment of influence aligned to the SCM strategy

- Develop and manage an effective Supply Chain teams

- Support cross functional initiatives and projects

Internal:

- Marketing, R&D, QA, Finance, Development, Distribution, IT and Global SCM

External:

- Suppliers and Franchisees

Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in FMCG sector

Qualification:

- BE preferred

- MBA from a pedigree college essential
